House of Cure is a premium medical co-working and wellness centre that provides state-of-the-art cabins, consulting spaces, clinical support facilities, and patient-friendly services for doctors and wellness professionals. We aim to create a seamless ecosystem where practitioners can grow their practice while offering exceptional care to patients.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving occupancy of cabins, co-working spaces, studio rooms, and wellness facilities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for doctors and wellness practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Engage with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
  • Build a strong database of local clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.

2. Sales Presentations & Tours

  • Conduct property tours showcasing cabins, facilities, and value-added services.
  • Clearly explain packages, pricing, support services, and infrastructure advantages.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans.

3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  • Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Address objections professionally and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Maintain high conversion ratios with timely communication.

4. Client Onboarding

  • Support documentation, KYC collection, and agreement formalities.
  • Coordinate with operations & admin to prepare the cabin before move-in.
  • Ensure a smooth start for new practitioners.

5. Relationship Management

  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing practitioners to promote renewals.
  • Understand ongoing needs, take feedback, and coordinate support.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (extra hours, additional cabins, clinical support add-ons, visibility packages).

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain CRM entries, daily call logs, and lead statuses.
  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Centre Manager.
  • Track occupancy, revenue targets, and lead-to-conversion ratios.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, co-working, medical sales, hospitality preferred).
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C service sales is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
