Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving occupancy of cabins, co-working spaces, studio rooms, and wellness facilities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for doctors and wellness practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Engage with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
- Build a strong database of local clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.
2. Sales Presentations & Tours
- Conduct property tours showcasing cabins, facilities, and value-added services.
- Clearly explain packages, pricing, support services, and infrastructure advantages.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans.
3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation
- Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Address objections professionally and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain high conversion ratios with timely communication.
4. Client Onboarding
- Support documentation, KYC collection, and agreement formalities.
- Coordinate with operations & admin to prepare the cabin before move-in.
- Ensure a smooth start for new practitioners.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing practitioners to promote renewals.
- Understand ongoing needs, take feedback, and coordinate support.
- Identify upsell opportunities (extra hours, additional cabins, clinical support add-ons, visibility packages).
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM entries, daily call logs, and lead statuses.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Centre Manager.
- Track occupancy, revenue targets, and lead-to-conversion ratios.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, co-working, medical sales, hospitality preferred).
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in B2B/B2C service sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
