MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Sales Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase market share.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals, focusing on air/ocean, LCL/FCL & Air freight .
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Collaborate with pricing teams to develop quotes, negotiate rates, and close contracts to ensure profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo shipment execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Cargo Sales & Shipping: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Required)
