They are a market leader in providing 360-degree experiential marketing solutions and event infrastructure for diverse global industries.

The Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic and high-impact Manager – Business Development. This is a leadership role designed for an elite professional who can independently drive revenue growth and expand the business both vertically and horizontally. You will be responsible for institutional relationship building and managing a multi-sector sales pipeline in a high-stakes, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Take full ownership of the business development department, ensuring a consistent and growing revenue stream through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Institutional Sales: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with high-level corporate and institutional stakeholders across diverse sectors.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Design and execute sophisticated business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand current client accounts.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Apply a solution-driven mindset to complex negotiations and business challenges, ensuring high conversion rates and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Standards

  • Education: Master’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent.
  • Expertise & Industry: 5+ years of senior-level experience in business development with a proven track record of revenue growth; prior experience in exhibitions, events, or marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
  • Leadership Mindset: Must demonstrate a high-performance "no-excuse" mindset with a culture of absolute ownership, accountability, and the mental resilience to lead under significant pressure.
  • Strategic Execution: Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking ability with a relentless focus on target-driven results and the ability to drive business expansion across multiple industries.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
