About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join as
Manager – CEO Office
. This role serves as the strategic right hand to the CEO, supporting time management, relationship building, and partnership development across three brands —
Bhalekar Consulting
,
GIofAI
, and
CEO's personal brand
.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a
CEO’s office
, understands executive priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that spans consulting, education, and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support

Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and communications to ensure optimal time utilization.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, and follow-ups.

Draft executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
-
Support the CEO in nurturing partnerships across all three brands — including clients, mentors, corporate partners, advisors, and collaborators.

Track partnership opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups and execution.

Assist in research and outreach to potential partners, industry leaders, and collaborators.

Maintain a relationship database and engagement calendar.
3. Coordination Across Brands

Liaise with internal teams across Bhalekar Consulting and GIofAI to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support ongoing campaigns and events.

Support in managing the CEO’s personal brand activities, including social media coordination, speaking engagements, and public appearances.
4. Administrative & Operational Excellence

Create dashboards, summaries, and reports on key projects and initiatives.

Assist in coordinating CEO travel, logistics, and event participation.

Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest efficiency-enhancing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5–10 years of experience supporting CEOs, Founders, or senior executives.

Proven experience working in a
CEO Office, Chief of Staff, or Executive Assistant to CEO
role.

Exposure to
consulting, technology, or education sectors
preferred.

Comfortable working in a
hybrid or remote-first environment
with global teams.
