Act as the brand custodian for Colors Marathi with end-to-end marketing and brand planning.

Independently manage fiction and non-fiction shows, from consumer insights, creative briefs, sales support, multimedia launch planning, to sustenance marketing and budget oversight.

Drive channel reach, viewership, and share goals through innovative ATL + BTL initiatives during launches and in the sustenance phase.

Partner with internal teams (Sales, Research, Programming, Digital, Corporate) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, media partners) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Build digital buzz across social platforms, JioCinema/Hotstar, and channel website for new and existing shows.

Create pre-launch sales decks, post-launch evaluation reports, and award case studies showcasing the channel’s marketing strength.

Conduct and participate in consumer immersions, content-feedback groups, and market visits to bring back insights that shape marketing strategy.

Identify opportunities for cross-functional integrations and brand partnerships that amplify campaign impact.

Strong grasp of ATL + BTL media-planning and buying, with ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns.

High creative aptitude with ability to write and think in Marathi (preferred).

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and presentation-building.

Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.

Consumer-first mindset with ability to connect insights to marketing strategy.

Comfort with both big-ticket launches (e.g., Bigg Boss Marathi) and daily sustenance campaigns.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Media, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory).

6-8 years of experience in channel marketing, brand management, or media planning—ideally within Broadcast, OTT, or Creative Agencies handling entertainment accounts.

Prior experience in regional entertainment marketing (Marathi content) will be an added advantage.
