Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Civil – Procurement & Contracts to oversee procurement activities and contract management for civil engineering projects. The role is responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement procurement strategies that support project goals while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Prepare tender documents (RFQs, RFPs), evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms. Manage supplier relationships and maintain a qualified vendor base. Draft, review, and administer civil construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgets. Identify, assess, and resolve contract disputes, claims, and risks. Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to align procurement and contractual processes. Track procurement progress, costs, and performance, and prepare reports for senior management. Lead and mentor procurement staff to ensure best practices, compliance, and process improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
