We are looking for an experienced and driven Claim Manager to join our Insurance Division. The ideal candidate will oversee, manage, and expedite the claims handling process for major claims assigned, ensuring efficient coordination between clients, re/insurers, loss adjusters and internal teams. The role involves leading the claims team, maintaining service standards, minimizing claim settlement delays, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete claims handling process, from registration to final settlement.
  • Maintain strong coordination with clients, underwriters, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Supervise, train, and guide the claims team for performance excellence.
  • Drive process efficiency and client satisfaction through innovation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in claims handling or management within an insurance broking or underwriting environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
