• Handle HR issues like performance reviews, shift scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Financial Management
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, insurance claims, and patient payments.
• Patient Services
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Address patient complaints or feedback promptly.
• Compliance & Safety
• Maintain licensure, accreditations, and certifications.
• Ensure infection control and workplace safety protocols are followed.
• Technology & Systems
• Oversee the use of EMR systems and other software tools.
• Coordinate IT support when needed.
