Manager – Clinical Laboratory

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Lead and supervise laboratory staff
• Improve efficiency and turnaround time
• Oversee LIS (Laboratory Information System) and reporting systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pathology or Medical Laboratory Sciences
• 8–10 years of laboratory experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and compliance

Experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of laboratory experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
