Job Summary:

The Manager – Collection & Recovery will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers, handling recovery of overdue accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role demands excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with clients, management, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding dues from customers and clients.
  • Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve billing or payment disputes.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Legal teams to address default cases and manage recovery actions.
  • Prepare and present periodic collection reports and aging analysis to management.
  • Handle customer queries related to payment schedules, receipts, and outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate payment plans or settlements where necessary while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and legal requirements in all collection activities.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives for billing and collection systems.
  • Mentor and guide collection executives or officers to achieve department goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in collection and recovery (preferably in real estate, housing finance, or property management).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial documentation, billing systems, and recovery procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
