Reporting to and works closely with VP -Commercial & Procurement
1. Procurement and Contracting:
a. Assist the VP in contract bifurcation between material and service components for tax efficiency.
b. Support end-to-end contracting for Civil, MEP, and service packages.
c. Review tender packages for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved budget.
d. Track tender event schedules and ensure timely issuance of procurement documents.

2. Project Budgeting and Monitoring:
a. Maintain project cost sheets, budget trackers, and variance reports.
b. Monitor budget vs actuals across procurement packages and work orders.
c. Assist in value engineering exercises and maintain VE dashboards.
d. Track savings, cost optimization opportunities, and pricing benchmarks.

3. Process Governance and SAP Monitoring:
a. Support end-to-end SAP workflows monitoring.
b. Maintain commercial documentation and audit-ready records.
c. Work with the VP to standardize SOPs, approval formats, and process checklists.
d. Monitor approval timelines and highlight delays for faster decision making.

4. Vendor Management and Rationalization:
a. Maintain updated vendor records, performance scores, compliance documents, and audit history.
b. Assist in vendor rationalization and rate benchmarking exercises.
c. Facilitate long-term vendor onboarding and negotiations aligned with company standards.

5. Contract Administration:
a. Maintain a central repository of all contracts, amendments, guarantees, and milestone records.
b. Track contract obligations, insurances, BG validity, and expiry alerts.
c. Prepare draft letters, notices, and commercial correspondences as guided by the VP.
d. Support basic dispute analysis and provide documentation for resolution.

6. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting:
a. Prepare project-wise MIS, dashboards, and commercial reports for management and investors.
b. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, lenders, and internal finance team for data and documentation.
c. Support information collation needed for investor updates and statutory submissions as directed.
d. Ensure timely reporting to VP on key risks, delays, and cost impacts.
