MANAGER - CONTRACT

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY


Lead the development, review, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.

Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams on contract-related matters.

Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and timelines.

Manage contract variations, claims, renewals, and dispute resolution.

Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.

Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.

Develop and improve contract management processes and best practices.
