We provide Regulatory Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Recruitment and Technology services (the “Services”) to a large number of clients including global, regional and local financial services institutions, governments and other industry partners. As part of our global expansion plan, we are now looking for an ambitious and agile professional with a strong background to join our team.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an outstanding tax professional to deliver top quality client experiences, maintaining the best standard of care in tax services in the Middle East. You will help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. The role will involve advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while also helping them navigate recent global tax developments.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting
  • Support the preparation of CT compliance documentation and internal reporting deliverables.
  • Monitor internal deadlines and ensure timely submission of tax filings and related documents.
  • Assist the tax team with data gathering, technical research, and analysis of UAE CT regulations.
  • Prepare summaries and working papers to support internal advisory and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records of filings, correspondence, and technical documents.
  • Internal Risk & Process Management
  • Monitor internal workflows to ensure adherence to risk and quality assurance processes.
  • Flag potential risks or gaps in documentation for escalation to the appropriate tax team members.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the firm’s internal risk protocols and policies.
  • Internal Team Coordination and Development
  • Provide administrative and research support for internal meetings and tax briefings.
  • Maintain internal project trackers and support follow-up actions arising from team discussions.
  • Assist with preparing internal presentations, updates, and materials for knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and templates for tax compliance and advisory tasks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding clients.

Experience (essential To Any Successful Application)

You will have at least seven years of relevant tax experience in a similar role, preferably within a large accounting firm having a multi-jurisdictional presence. A professional (tax or accounting) qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, ADIT, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent) is required. A strong background in tax accounting, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied client portfolio. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the firm and with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree with strong academic results preferably in finance, accounting, or law. Candidates with ACA, CTA, ADIT, ACCA, CA or CPA or equivalent.
