Manager – Costing
Key Responsibilities

Establish and supervise the costing system for the university and its affiliated teaching hospitals.

Prepare cost analyses, cost reports, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor and control departmental expenditures and recommend cost optimization measures.

Develop budgeting frameworks and cost control mechanisms for academic and clinical departments.

Coordinate with finance, procurement, and hospital administration for effective cost management.

Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulations and audit requirements.
Qualification & Experience

ACMA Qualified or ACCA Part Qualified or CA (Inter/Finalist) or equivalent
-
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial management, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or public sector organizations.

Strong knowledge of costing systems, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP/accounting software.
