Manager Costing

A Public Sector Health University invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following position:

Position: Manager – Costing

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and supervise the costing system for the university and its affiliated teaching hospitals.
  • Prepare cost analyses, cost reports, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenditures and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Develop budgeting frameworks and cost control mechanisms for academic and clinical departments.
  • Coordinate with finance, procurement, and hospital administration for effective cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulations and audit requirements.

Qualification & Experience

  • ACMA Qualified or ACCA Part Qualified or CA (Inter/Finalist) or equivalent
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial management, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or public sector organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of costing systems, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP/accounting software.
