Manager Costing & Budgeting

Bilal Metals is a leading name in the metal industry, committed to quality, innovation, and excellence in manufacturing and supply. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Costing & Budgeting to join our finance team at our Port Qasim facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor costing systems, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare variance analysis reports and provide insights for cost control and efficiency improvement.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams to analyze and optimize cost structures.
• Ensure accuracy of product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Lead annual budget preparation and support management in strategic planning.
• Provide regular financial performance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CIMA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in costing, budgeting, or financial planning (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (advanced level).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
