Role Overview
The Creative Communication Manager will lead the brand’s messaging, visual identity, and creative output across digital and offline channels. The role involves conceptualizing, writing, designing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality creative assets that strengthen brand visibility and support marketing campaigns. Suitable for candidates with 5–7 years of experience in creative communication, branding, or advertising.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Brand Messaging
● Develop the brand and project-level creative communication strategy.
● Create campaign concepts, themes, and messaging frameworks.
● Ensure brand tone, design style, and communication consistency.
2. Content & Creative Development
● Write and review copy for ads, brochures, videos, hoardings, digital campaigns, and
sales collateral.
● Oversee design development: creatives, layouts, branding assets, storyboards.
● Manage end-to-end creative approval process.
3. Campaign Execution
● Develop creative direction for project launches, digital campaigns, and offline promotions.
● Partner with performance marketing team to ensure creativity aligns with lead goals and CTR.
● Coordinate with agencies, photographers, and videographers.
4. Digital Communication & Social Media
● Build monthly communication calendars for social media.
● Oversee creative formats: reels, videos, posts, stories, blogs, branding content.
● Drive engagement through creative and trend-based formats.
5. Cross-team Collaboration
● Work closely with Branding, Sales, Performance Marketing, Events, and CRM teams.
● Ensure creative alignment with project-specific USPs, price points, and audience segments.
6. Market & Competitor Intelligence
● Track competitor communication and industry trends.
● Suggest creative enhancements and innovations.
Required Skills
● Excellent copywriting & storytelling
● Strong visual sense & branding understanding
● Experience working with creative & advertising agencies
● Good knowledge of digital content formats
● Strong coordination, briefing, and project management skills
Experience & Qualification
● Graduate/Post-graduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, Advertising, or related field
● 5–7 years of experience in creative communication or brand content
● Real estate experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
