Job Title: Manager – CRM & Banking

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – CRM & Banking to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling banking-related activities, especially home loan processes and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for customer home loan approvals.
- Coordinate all documentation related to home loans, disbursements, and project approvals.
- Manage home loan transfer cases whenever required.
- Maintain updated customer records, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, grievances, and escalations with professionalism.
- Ensure timely issuance of allotment letters, demand letters, and payment receipts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects) for all customer-related matters.
- Ensure timely collection of loan disbursements as per construction milestones.
- Track the status of customer loans and provide regular updates.
- Support RERA compliance related to payment updates, demand letters, and documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must be presentable and possess strong communication skills.
- Male candidates can apply.
- Preferably from the Real Estate Industry, with experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM procedures in real estate.
- Working knowledge of ERP (Far Vision) software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in handling issues.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and Advanced Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
