Customer Care Manage
Location: Shapes Community, Al Rehman Garden, Lahore

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining service quality, and leading the customer care team to achieve excellence. Your duties will include:

• Supervising the front desk and customer service team to ensure professional and friendly service.
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and member retention.
• Maintaining membership records and ensuring smooth membership renewals.
• Training and motivating the customer service team to deliver excellent support.
• Coordinating with other departments (Sales, Fitness, Operations) to improve customer experience.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
• Managing schedules, attendance, and performance of customer care representatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service or front-office management (preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software (CRM experience is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
