About the Role

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring data accuracy across systems, and coordinating with internal departments to guarantee timely and error-free order fulfillment. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining workflow efficiency, tracking shipments, and supporting customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Review purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents for consistency and correctness.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, or fulfillment errors in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of orders, payments, and shipments.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or sales operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• (Knowledge of import/export documentation or Harmonized System (HS) Codes will be considered a plus but not mandatory.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
