*Manager - Customer Service*
Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of Manager - Customer Service include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations across store and digital channels Lead, train, and supervise customer service teams to maintain world-class service standards
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and escalations professionally Coordinate effectively with sales, operations, and backend teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement service improvement initiatives Develop SOPs and service protocols aligned with brand standards
- Maintain CRM systems and customer feedback records Drive customer retention and loyalty programs
Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in retail business
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools
