Job Description:

The duties and responsibilities of Manager - Customer Service include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day customer service operations across store and digital channels Lead, train, and supervise customer service teams to maintain world-class service standards
  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and escalations professionally Coordinate effectively with sales, operations, and backend teams
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement service improvement initiatives Develop SOPs and service protocols aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer feedback records Drive customer retention and loyalty programs

Experience

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in retail business

Qualifications & Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
