Job Purpose:

The Manager – Data and AI is responsible for leading the organization’s data and artificial intelligence initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and digital innovation. The role focuses on establishing data foundations, governing data assets, and translating business needs into scalable analytics and AI use cases that support digital transformation objectives and strategic priorities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define and implement the Data and AI roadmap aligned with the organization’s digital transformation strategy.
• Lead data initiatives covering data governance, data quality, analytics, and AI use cases .
• Identify, prioritize, and oversee AI and advanced analytics use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions .
• Oversee the design and use of dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support executive and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements .
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and solution providers related to data and AI platforms.
• Coordinate with IT and Digital teams to ensure integration, scalability, and sustainability of data and AI solutions.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.
