The Manager Delivery Operations is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused delivery operations across Domino’s Pizza outlets. The role oversees rider performance, key delivery KPIs, and continuous process improvements to guarantee fast, accurate, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise end-to-end delivery operations across multiple stores.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs including speed, accuracy, customer feedback, and rider productivity.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage delivery riders while ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Implement safety protocols, route optimization techniques, and cost-efficiency measures.
  • Handle and resolve customer escalations related to delivery service.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and the Operations team to achieve overall business targets.
  • Support digital delivery platforms (own app and aggregators) to enhance the delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or a related field).
  • min 5 years of experience in delivery or last-mile operations (QSR or e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of delivery route planning, operations KPIs, and safety practices.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
