A sub-sector within HHHS, Social and Rural Development (S & RD), works closely with governments and non-state actors in domains of decentralization & rural development, gender and social inclusion, disability and minorities, social protection, human rights to inclusive growth. The team has provided services related to policy and regulatory design, institutional strengthening, outcome-based budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, change management and project management. We provide these services through a large team of technical experts, social scientists, policy planners, management consultants and domain experts. >>Position Overview

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant – Digital Health, you will lead and support the design and implementation of digital health solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, improve patient outcomes, and optimize operational workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to drive innovation and transformation.

>>Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for digital health interventions in collaboration with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Design and implement digital health strategies aligned with public health goals and stakeholder needs.
• Evaluate digital health technologies and recommend enhancements for better performance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Integrate digital health solutions with existing healthcare systems and technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on digital tools and platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging digital health trends and advise on their applicability.
• Support technology procurement, enterprise architecture, and strategic planning initiatives.

>>Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in healthcare, digital health, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient care processes, and EHR systems.
• Experience working with government health departments, hospitals, or donor-funded health programs.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in healthcare data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and digital health technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
