• Build and lead a bold digital content strategy that empowers every role and function across Jumeirah from Culinary to Leadership and Emiratisation.
• Take charge of Axonify, eCornell, and LinkedIn Learning ensuring seamless integration, intuitive UX, and high-impact delivery.
• Spot content gaps, launch fresh modules, and collaborate with experts to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-quality digital learning.
• Use analytics to track engagement, completion, and ROI then optimize, evolve, and elevate the learning experience.
• Uphold global standards, brand integrity, and governance frameworks to ensure every learning touchpoint is world-class.
