Position Overview
The Manager - Digital Marketing is a key mid-level leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, client communication, and team performance across multiple project mandates.
The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, the ability to lead diverse teams, and experience working with both Indian and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Strategy and Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment and excellent delivery standards.
- Understand client business models, brand objectives, and marketing needs to design comprehensive strategies across digital, brand, and communication channels.
- Lead strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and performance discussions with stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, communication flow, and escalation resolution across multiple time zones.
2. Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketers, designers, and account executives.
- Drive accountability, goal-setting, and performance reviews for the team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Create project work plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Coach team members on client management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking to strengthen their consulting capabilities.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for client growth and expansion of services.
- Contribute to proposal creation, pitch presentations, and strategic recommendations for new business development.
3. Digital Marketing and Campaign Expertise
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid media.
- Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and recommend improvements for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, display, and email automation.
- Ensure consistent achievement of marketing KPIs including lead generation, cost-per-acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rate improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to measure campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Oversee creative development and content strategy to ensure alignment with brand tone and audience engagement goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms, and AI-driven marketing technologies to ensure Omni Media Consulting remains a leader in digital performance innovation.
4. Revenue & Growth Accountability
- Drive Omni Media Consulting’s business growth objectives through strategic client management, retention, and expansion initiatives.
- Own a portfolio-level target of INR 25 lakhs in new or incremental revenue every six months, achieved through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
- Partner with the leadership team to identify and convert opportunities from existing accounts into new service mandates.
- Support the business development team by contributing to proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations during the pre-sales phase.
- Track revenue impact and client growth contribution through structured reporting and quarterly performance reviews.
- Ensure strong client retention through consistent value delivery, satisfaction monitoring, and relationship-building initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, brand consulting, or strategy, with exposure to client-facing roles.
- Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a people management or team leadership position.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Familiarity with global campaign management, cross-cultural communication, and both B2B and B2C digital ecosystems.
- Proven ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Experience supporting business development teams with proposals, client pitches, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
