Job Requirements:
- Develop and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all key channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email, display advertising, and WhatsApp).
- Plan, manage, and optimise all paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads, drive website traffic, and maximise ROAS/CPL.
- Oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content calendar creation, community management, and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on all digital marketing KPIs (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, reach) using Google Analytics and other platform tools.
- Manage the company's on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for key terms.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to create and adapt content for digital-first platforms (videos, blogs, social posts) and oversee the maintenance/UX of the company website.
- Manage and grow the company's email and WhatsApp marketing channels, creating targeted campaigns for dealers, architects, and consumers.
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing) or BS (Media Sciences or Computer Science).
- 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management. Agency experience is a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing Social Media Advertising across major platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, specifically managing PPC and SEM campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM practices, including both on-page and off-page optimisation.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics for tracking, analysing, and reporting campaign performance.
