Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Handle social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI through continuous optimization
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for campaign execution
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads
