Manager – CMS & Website Operations
to join a regional team and take full ownership of day-to-day website operations and content delivery.
This is a
hands-on role
for someone who understands how websites actually run — from CMS execution and QA to stakeholder coordination and optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the hands-on expert across CMS platforms, owning day-to-day website operations.

Manage page creation, updates, publishing, and QA, ensuring accuracy and quality across the site.

Lead all website updates end-to-end, including briefs, timelines, stakeholder approvals, and go-live.

Enforce content standards, version control, and brand consistency across all pages and templates.

Partner closely with UX and SEO teams to ensure pages are optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and best practices.

Work in close collaboration with the Line Manager based in KSA and the CX COE team in Dubai, ensuring smooth coordination across markets and teams.
Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (enterprise or large-scale environments).

Proven track record managing website content operations in a structured, fast-paced setting.

Highly detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Comfortable working across geographies and with multiple stakeholders.

Able to operate independently while maintaining alignment with central teams.
