Manager - Doctor Operations

The Role:

MeraDoc is seeking a passionate and dynamic MBBS-qualified doctor to lead our Doctor Operations vertical. This pivotal role ensures seamless onboarding, training, scheduling, quality, and engagement for our doctor partners, sustaining the high standards of clinical care that define MeraDoc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Training – Facilitate smooth integration of new doctors; design and deliver orientation and training programs.

• Day-to-Day Operations – Manage doctor schedules, rostering, leave approvals, and rostering conflict resolution.

• Quality & Feedback – Conduct QC sessions; capture feedback from doctors and patients; drive continuous improvement.

• Escalations & SOP Enforcement – Address operational or compliance issues; ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.

• Reporting & Analytics – Produce daily reports; monitor KPIs and doctor performance metrics.

• Month-End Reconciliations & Payments – Handle reconciliations and streamline payment processes.

• Team Collaboration – Lead and coordinate with assistant managers and executives in the Doctor Operations team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: MBBS (eligible and registered).

• Experience: 2–5+ years in operations, management, corporate healthcare, or clinical administration.
