Role Overview
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for
managing 3â6 gym branches
within the assigned cluster. This role ensures achievement of sales targets, smooth gym operations, excellent customer experience, staff management, and compliance with company SOPs. The Cluster Manager acts as the
business owner of the cluster
, driving growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Sales & Revenue Management
-
Achieve and exceed
monthly revenue targets
(Memberships, PT sales, Renewals).
-
Monitor daily sales reports, lead funnel, and conversion rates.
-
Conduct
sales huddles
with Front Desk Executives & Trainers.
-
Implement local
marketing activities & referral programs
to drive business.
2.
Operations & Facility Management
-
Conduct regular
branch audits
(cleanliness, equipment, branding, safety).
-
Ensure all gyms follow
SOPs for opening, closing, and cash handling
.

Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance & facility needs.

Oversee housekeeping and ensure hygiene & safety compliance.
3.
People & Performance Management
-
Supervise and manage staff: Trainers, Front Desk, Housekeeping.

Ensure proper
attendance, shift rosters, and leave management
.

Drive performance through
KPIs & regular reviews
.

Identify underperformers and implement
Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
.

Motivate and coach staff for higher productivity.

Customer Experience & Retention
-
Ensure consistent
customer satisfaction (NPS, reviews, renewals)
.

Handle escalated complaints and resolve service issues promptly.

Implement
customer engagement initiatives
(events, workshops, loyalty programs).

Focus on
retention strategies
to reduce attrition and improve renewals.
5.
Reporting & Business Review
-
Share
daily/weekly sales & operations reports
with management.

Analyze performance trends and suggest corrective actions.
-
Participate in
monthly business reviews
with leadership.

Requirements
-
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Management/Operations.
-
5â8 years of experience
in retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
-
Strong
people management & leadership skills
.

Proven track record of achieving
sales & revenue targets
.

Excellent communication & customer handling skills.
-
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MIS reports, CRM tools
.
-
Flexible to travel across cluster gyms.
