Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and delegating tasks/Sales Target to team members.

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals and developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets and thus responsible for team performance.

Conducting quarterly performance reviews and Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones individually and through his team.

Increase footfall for the company at the showroom.

Meeting Architects, Interior Designer and Clients for generating sales and expand Business opportunities

Liaisoning with architects and interior designers for Business growth and development individually and through his team.

Guide marketing staff in promoting the organization's product by developing marketing strategies, finding and producing business department sales, analyzing market trends, and boost Sales for the company.

Promoting and developing the company’s brand.

Finding new business opportunities and Crafting New Business plans and implement.

Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders individually and through his team.

Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales.

Analyzing and gathering data and information about the market.

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams

Responsible for achieving individual sales targets as well as ensuring that the team under their supervision meets collective performance goals.

Tasked with expanding the company’s portfolio by building strong professional relationships with architects and interior designers, leveraging excellent public relations skills to enhance brand visibility and influence within the industry.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

11+ years of experience in business development or sales within the ceramic industry or a closely related field.

Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Strong understanding of the ceramic market, including key players, trends, and technologies.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
