· eCommerce Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute the company’s eCommerce strategy to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, new channels, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Align eCommerce strategy with the overall business strategy, ensuring consistency in brand voice and value proposition.

· Online Store Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s online store, ensuring that it is optimized for user experience, conversion rates, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website aesthetics, functionality, and user interface (UI) to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, promotions, and pricing strategies.

· Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Lead efforts to increase online sales, profitability, and conversion rates through various channels (website, mobile apps, marketplaces).
  • Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, sales, cart abandonment, and customer behavior to optimize campaigns and sales funnels.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and discounts to drive revenue.

· Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing) to drive traffic and acquire new customers.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling content and digital experiences that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets, track ROI, and adjust campaigns as needed.

· Customer Experience & Retention

  • Focus on enhancing the customer journey from discovery to purchase to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service interactions to address any issues promptly and improve satisfaction.

· Analytics & Reporting

  • Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) to track and measure the performance of eCommerce activities.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales, website performance, customer behavior, and ROI of eCommerce activities.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing tactics and sales processes.

· Technology & Platform Management

  • Lead the selection and management of eCommerce platforms and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, shipping solutions, ERP systems).
  • Work with IT teams to ensure the eCommerce platform is secure, scalable, and fully integrated with other systems.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce technology trends and innovations, evaluating new tools to enhance functionality and efficiency.

· Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and manage the eCommerce team, including marketing, product, design, and customer support personnel.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive eCommerce operation.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
