Your Job:
As the Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for runners on
BrooksRunning.com. You will lead a team of merchandisers, driving the execution of merchandising strategies that ensure our products are presented in a compelling, brand-right way. Your focus will be on optimizing day-to-day operations, implementing departmental plans, and supporting the growth and development of your team members.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Marketing, Creative, Digital Products, and Analytics—to deliver seamless product launches, engaging campaigns, and a best-in-class online experience. You will be responsible for managing the digital content calendar, overseeing product setup and category management, and ensuring that site content aligns with both commercial goals and brand standards.
Your analytical mindset and curiosity will help you identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within your department. By monitoring key performance metrics and sharing actionable insights, you will contribute directly to the success of Brooks Running’s eCommerce business. As a leader, you will foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, acting as a conduit between department leadership and your team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $117,244 - $175,918 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Location- You will spend 3 days per week in our Seattle offices, as we believe our organization flourishes when connections, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and celebrations happen in person.
