We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and support our ambitious expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Software and Networking Solutions sales, particularly in system integration and enterprise B2B environments across the GCC region. This role requires a high degree of initiative, independence, and customer relationship management skills.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective corporate and enterprise clients.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

Maintain and grow existing accounts while constantly identifying new business opportunities.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and GP goals.

Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support account strategies.

Submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.

Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/enterprise IT software or networking sales.

At least 2 years of sales experience in the UAE or GCC, specifically in system integrator environments selling directly to end users.

Proven track record of consistent sales target achievement with references or documentation to support.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at C-level.

GCC driving license and own car is mandatory.

Must be male and willing to be on Bachelor status for at least 1 year.

Must be available to join within 30 days of offer acceptance.
