Manager Feasibility (Qatarization)

We are currently hiring for an Investment Analysis professional with hands-on experience in financial analysis, market research, feasibility studies for portfolio investment decisions, to join as Manager - Feasibility with us.

• An Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Investment or Business Management with MBA/ CFA as an added qualification.
• He/ she should have min.10 years of experience in an analytical environment, with strong focus on property valuation, investment and finance .
• He/ she should have strong financial modeling and analytical skills with robust technical and commercial review capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed financial analysis, market research and presentation on specific markets or prospective transactions, through quantitative and qualitative analytical research for decision making process.
• Distilling economic, legal, political, market and other analytical factors into summaries to quantify the impact by determining projected risk/ reward for each project under analysis.
• Analyzing markets and implementation strategies to suggest balance the risk/ return equation and support other team members in determining value and potential returns of proposed investments.
• Conducting property level financial analysis including equity/ debt modelling, structured return modelling, return/ risk analysis and proforma cashflow analysis while reviewing different options, sensitivities and structures.
• Compiling reports of new market research, reviewing historical trends, transactions and relevant issues for preparing presentation for evaluation or due diligence of a transaction.
• Developing consistent standardized methodologies (including analysis & reporting) for streamlined reporting and presentations capturing investment, financial, legal and other issues surrounding existing and proposed projects.
• Preparing memorandums and related supporting documents through risk analysis and in-depth analysis of investment factors.
• Liaising with external professional advisors supporting transactions/ due diligence and closing processes along with internal functions involved in evaluation of new projects.
