About the Role:
HRPSP, on behalf of a leading Animal Feed Manufacturing client, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Finance to lead the finance team. The role demands strategic leadership and expertise in financial management, accounting, and business strategy. Reporting directly to the COO/CEO, you will collaborate with the executive team to steer the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, including Treasury, Accounts, Planning & Budgeting, Imports, Legal, and Taxation.
• Develop and implement Business Intelligence Tools to provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, vendors, and tax authorities.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze costs, pricing, sales results, and overall performance against business plans.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through trends and financial projections.
• Oversee the implementation of SAP systems, ensuring robust checks and balances.
• Design and implement frameworks to meet departmental goals and objectives.
• Report the company’s financial position to the Management Committee.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 170,000 to 220,000 (commensurate with experience).

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Inter/Finalist with 10+ years of experience in financial management (preferably in leadership roles).
• Proven ability to think strategically and deliver financial insights for business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
