Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial health by developing financial strategies, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also provide strategic financial advice to senior management and oversee the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with company goals.

• Cash Flow & Financial Resource Management:

Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, investments, and debt levels to ensure optimal financial performance and liquidity.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS), and internal controls.

• Strategic Financial Advice:

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team to guide strategic planning and decision-making.

• Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts, ensuring high performance and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments
• Limousine Company experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED11,500.00 per month
