Manager Finance (Construction Business)

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager Finance with strong experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, capable of handling end-to-end accounting functions, project-level financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall financial and accounting operations of multiple construction projects.
• Oversee project-wise costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project profitability reports.
• Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and liaise with external consultants and auditors.
• Handle contractor/vendor billing, RA bills, material reconciliation, and BOQ-linked accounting.
• Drive monthly closing of books, finalization of accounts, and assist in internal/external audits.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and SOPs for finance and accounting functions.
• Monitor and forecast cash flows, manage fund allocation, and ensure optimum working capital utilization.
• Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and senior management for strategic financial inputs.

Qualification & Experience:

• Candidate must be CMA Inter or ACCA Qualified.
• Strong hands-on experience in construction project accounting, WIP, and contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws applicable to the construction industry.
• Excellent command over MS DYNAMICS used in construction accounting.
• High proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
