We are looking for a highly skilled
Manager Finance
with strong experience in the construction or infrastructure industry, capable of handling end-to-end accounting functions, project-level financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall financial and accounting operations of multiple construction projects.

Oversee project-wise costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project profitability reports.

Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and liaise with external consultants and auditors.

Handle contractor/vendor billing, RA bills, material reconciliation, and BOQ-linked accounting.

Drive monthly closing of books, finalization of accounts, and assist in internal/external audits.

Develop and implement internal financial controls and SOPs for finance and accounting functions.

Monitor and forecast cash flows, manage fund allocation, and ensure optimum working capital utilization.

Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and senior management for strategic financial inputs.
Qualification & Experience:

Candidate must be CMA Inter or ACCA Qualified.

Strong hands-on experience in construction project accounting, WIP, and contract management.

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws applicable to the construction industry.

Excellent command over MS DYNAMICS used in construction accounting.

High proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
