Description

The FP&A Manager of Victoria's Secret is responsible for providing financial, analytical, and strategic leadership and guidance to Victoria’s Secret business leaders and operating teams. This position is primarily responsible for the Technology budget, forecasts, and reporting. This role collaborates across multiple cross-functional partners to provide a holistic financial support structure to the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven finance background, excellent interpersonal and analytical capabilities, strong financial modeling skills, and experience supporting senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VS seasonal budgeting for Technology

  • Manage monthly forecasts, monthly close, accruals, and reconciliations for the P&L

  • Work with operating partners to manage in-season expense spending to optimize performance within budgeted targets

  • Support headcount and labor reporting

  • Identify areas of expense and process improvement opportunity

  • Perform financial analysis to support/influence business decisions

  • Support long range process work

  • Develop associates and retain top talent through continuous coaching, mentoring, and cross-training

  • Continuously seek to drive efficiencies and implement process improvements

  • Deliver presentations to senior leadership

  • Ad-hoc analysis and special project support

Minimum Salary: $112,700.00
Maximum Salary: $153,720.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

  • Six to eight years of related experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

  • Ability to build partnerships across functions

  • Develop and coach associates

  • Proficient in MS Office and financial systems
