Position: Manager– Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager – FP&A to lead our MIS and

financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in

accounting and financial reporting, with a sharp analytical mindset and experience

handling complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness

 Coordinate with accounts team to ensure smooth and timely monthly book

closure

 Review and analyze balance sheet and financial performance

 Liaise with multiple departments to gather, validate and analyze financial data

 Interpret financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable

insights

 Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities

 Lead, guide, and review the work of junior finance team members

Qualifications & Experience

 CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)/ Commerce graduate

 Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS / FP&A roles or experience in

audit firms with exposure to large or complex clients

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

 Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and ERP systems

 Excellent communication and coordination skills

 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

 Experience managing or mentoring a team preferred
