Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery for all clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff, promoting a culture of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and swift resolution of issues.
• Quality Control: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in maintenance and repair services.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maximizing resource efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized services, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to local regulations and industry standards, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role within the maintenance, facilities, or property management industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in maintenance management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours if necessary to handle urgent maintenance issues.
