IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The purpose of this position is to manage franchise governance tasks, logical number inventory management and related reports with Dashboards, recycling activities, plan & develop training presentation for franchises & S&D Staff as well as other diversified tasks assigned by management from time to time as per business requirements.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Logical Inventory Management Manage logical inventory by ensuring number availability and smooth number movement across all sales channels, while strictly adhering to SOPs and company policies.
• Inventory Optimization Optimize logical inventory through accurate demand forecasting and timely recycling of eligible MSISDNs to maintain adequate inventory levels and improve resource utilization.
• Governance and Compliance Strengthen governance oversight through structured reviews and ensure compliance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Franchise Services Enhance franchise operations through knowledge development, operational support, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives, & trainings.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Graduation required; preferably post-graduation. A degree in Business or Computer Science will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Reporting Dashboard
• Commuication
