Manager - Furniture Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Concept Designer to develop innovative product
concepts and design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aesthetics,
materials, and market trends to create compelling and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and visualize innovative product concepts from ideation to execution.
 Create sketches, line drawings and 2D/3D models to communicate design ideas effectively.
 Collaborate with the engineering, VM and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and market
alignment.
 Conduct trend research, material exploration, and competitor analysis to drive design strategy.
 Ensure designs align with brand identity, user needs, and technical requirements.
 Present concepts and design rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
 Work closely with factory and suppliers/vendors for prototyping and production feasibility.

Key Requirements:
 Bachelor//'s/Master//'s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar.
 Strong sketching, visualization, and 2D modelling skills.
 Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Proven experience of working on Wood Furniture.
 Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role
 Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
 Have very strong knowledge of Auto CAD 2d & 3D
 Good math skills.
 Ability to meet deadlines
