What Will You Work On

• Lead Design Projects: Own the visual direction and delivery of multiple design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and business objectives while managing timelines and priorities.
• Creative Direction: Define and drive the visual style for campaigns and marketing initiatives, maintaining consistency, quality, and strong brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers while working closely with cross-functional teams such as Post Production, Content etc to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
• Design Execution & Oversight: Take a hands-on approach on key projects while overseeing design execution, including social media assets, branding, websites, presentations, emailers, and marketing collateral.
• Quality Control: Review all design outputs to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment before final delivery.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, while continuously improving design processes, workflows, and systems for better efficiency and output.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Proven graphic design experience with 3-5 years in a design studio, agency, or in-house team, including experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software.
• Excellent eye for detail with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual composition, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to give clear direction, feedback, and creative guidance.
