Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently accepting applications for an Owners services Manager / reservations. To become a part of our team you should enjoy providing excellent customer service while working in a friendly environment with homeowners and resort guests. Home owners experience is required. Two-years of supervisory experience, in related field is preferred but not required. This position also offers year-round employment with benefits and advancement opportunities all at an ocean front resort!

Job Description: (not limited to)

• Manager on duty, and supports Guest Services / Homeowners
• Promptly resolves any guest complaints or issues
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfactory
• Anticipate guest / homeowners needs, change direction quickly
• Deliver and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety and conduct
• Ensure proper communication within the department / homeowners
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years+ in supervisory or management position
• Proficiency in computers (i.e., word, spreadsheets, quick books, excel, databases)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must possess decision-making skills
• Accounting is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Projects a favorable image of the property to the public at all times
• Responsible, reliable, and honest
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Homeowners, manage owner billing, ensuring accurate monthly statements, maximize owners revenue
• Sales / Marketing

• Must have a valid Driver's License
