Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Salary: PKR 125,000 (Non-negotiable)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

We are hiring an experienced Manager for our short-term rental and hospitality Accounts & Finance. The role requires strong financial expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience (Hospitality / Short-Term Rentals).
• CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified.
• Proven skills in financial reporting, planning, and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and statutory reporting.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise junior finance staff.
