Manager - Housekeeping Janitorial & Laundry (DEL-278)

Qiddiya Investment Company is committed to creating a world-class entertainment destination, and we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager - Housekeeping Janitorial & Laundry to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation across our facilities.

As the Manager, you will lead and oversee all housekeeping, janitorial, and laundry operations, ensuring that our venues are spotless and meet the expectations of our guests. Your leadership will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all housekeeping, janitorial, and laundry services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures and quality assurance processes to achieve organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication regarding cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to housekeeping operations, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
