Manager - Housing Services (DEL-275)

Overview:

The Manager - Housing Services at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housing services provided to employees and their families. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of living for staff, contributing to employee satisfaction and retention within the Qiddiya community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement housing service policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission and vision.
  • Manage the allocation of housing units, ensuring fair and efficient distribution based on company guidelines.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general management of housing units to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for housing-related inquiries and concerns from employees, resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute housing services that support the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, maintenance requests, and resident feedback.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for housing services, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housing service staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment.
  • Generate reports on housing utilization, satisfaction levels, and recommendations for improvements in services.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in housing management or facilities management, preferably in the context of employee housing or large residential complexes.

Years of Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in housing services management or related fields.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and an understanding of housing regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for property management and reporting.
