Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
✅ Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
✅ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
✅ Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management is a plus.
