Manager HR

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our company’s mission, culture, and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR records and generate regular reports for leadership.
• Lead learning & development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
• Support organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
✅ Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✅ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
✅ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
✅ Experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
