Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the NGO’s mission and goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff, ensuring a diverse and competent workforce.
• Oversee performance management, learning & development, and career progression initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Support organizational culture building, engagement, and motivation initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and track HR metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
